    1. Download php_xdebug-2.5.0rc1-5.6-vc11.dll
    2. Move the downloaded file to C:\php_5_6_23\ext
    3. Edit C:\php_5_6_23\php.ini and add the line
      zend_extension = C:\php_5_6_23\ext\php_xdebug-2.5.0rc1-5.6-vc11.dll
    4. Restart the webserver
