Description

Compiling xdebug 2.3.0 from the source tarball fails with

php_xdebug.h:35:32: fatal error: xdebug_branch_info.h: No such file or directory
#include "xdebug_branch_info.h"

There is no such file in the tarball to be found.
The same include also exists in xdebug_code_coverage.h.
