Summary0001489: Foreach with switch misses the loop in path analysis
Description

The 001 test for 0001486 are testing from the wrong output, as CC doesn't correctly see that there is a looped path.

This was an issue in PHP, which was resolved in PHP 7.2.14, and 7.3.1.
