Description

The recommended Windows DLL is always blocked when tryiong to download. The DLL was recommmended for download using the xdebug wizard. I attach a screenshot with the download recommmendation and the error message on the screen.

Hi,

I don't know what to do about this. From what I can see, it is your Windows machine, perhaps "Windows Defender" is blocking the download of a DLL file. You'll have to ask Microsoft support or something to tell you how to prevent this blocking from happening.
