Summary0000634: Xdebugger jumps over funtion
Description

I use xdebugger with komodo to debug my php projects. Almost everything works fine, but sometimes when i set a breakpoint, to jump through my code, the debgger jumps over functions, although i step through with the 'jump in' function.
When this happens, also i'm not able to see local variables and there values.

Steps To Reproduce

I can't give steps to reproduce, cause it's in my source code.

Could you provide a short reproduce script that shows the behaviour, and also provide a remote debugging log (See http://xdebug.org/docs/remote#remote_log on how to make one) for that session?
