Summary	0001423: make is copying files
Description	Running make is copying files outside the source tree!?
Steps To Reproduce	I ran the following commands on 2.5.3 source: phpize ./configure --enable-xdebug make I noticed several files being installed into locations outside the source tree e.g. cp ./.libs/xdebug.so /usr/local/src/apache24/src/xdebug-2.5.3/modules/xdebug.so cp ./.libs/xdebug.lai /usr/local/src/apache24/src/xdebug-2.5.3/modules/xdebug.la
Additional Information	IMHO running 'make' should not cause files to be copied like this, instead that should happen upon 'make install'
