I have a very old project written in PHP 5.2.

I need xdebug 2.2.7, which is available at https://xdebug.org/download.php but not at https://windows.php.net/downloads/pecl/releases/xdebug/2.2.7/

It's a really minor issue (well, not even an issue), but it would be nice that every version available on xdebug.org is published also to windows.php.net.

Any reason for this inconsistency?

PS if you wonder why I ask this question: I wrote a PowerShell script that installs PECL extensions automatically downloading them from windows.php.net ( https://github.com/mlocati/powershell-phpmanager )

I have no control over what windows.php.net builds, and hence, I can't make binaries available there. I also don't think that the windows.php.net infrastructure ever build 5.2 binaries anyway.
