Xdebug 2.9.7 introduced a build issue with FreeBSD, and none of the other CI systems that are current set up for Xdebug support FreeBSD :-/

I don't care enough to spend time on this, and if there is a compile issue, a FreeBSD user will surely mentioned this soon enough.
