Summary0002231: DBGp Proxy no arm64 builds
Description

Hi,

we would like to run the DBGp Proxy on Apple Silicon. Sadly there are currently no arm64 builds offered like you do for the Command Line Debug Client.

Would be really nice if you could provide these builds. Alternativ if the source code would be public (https://bugs.xdebug.org/view.php?id=2212) we would build it ourself :)
