Summary0002435: Xdebug does not handle 'muiltiple_sessions' dbgp feature correctly
Description

When running feature_set -n multiple_sessions, no error is shown. It should return that you can't set this option.
Retrieving the value with feature_get -i multiple_sessions should show as "supported" (as the debugging engine knows about the feature name), but with the value set to "0".
