Summary0000071: Add "arguments" attribute to feature_get commands
Description

So that all things can get autodiscovered:

(21:54:10) Shane: the other feature_get item, I think we should add an options attribute to responses:
(21:55:14) Shane: feature_get breakpoint_set
<response ... arguments="ohdi"/>

or whatever args are supported anyway. That makes everything discoverable which is a good thing.
