Summary0000920: AM_CONFIG_HEADER is depreciated
Description

AM_CONFIG_HEADER in debugclient -> configure.in is depreciated in favour of AC_CONFIG_HEADERS. It was removed in December 2012 from autoconf.

Steps To Reproduce

Run ./buildconf in debugclient, and an error saying that the macro, AM_CONFIG_HEADER cannot be found.
